I had the pleasure of photographing a beautifully curated Grecian-inspired wedding styled shoot at Mountain Shadow Events in Greeneville, Tennessee, and every detail felt like it belonged on the pages of a mythic love story.
Set against the rolling hills and panoramic views that Mountain Shadow is known for, the venue was the perfect backdrop for this vision. The natural beauty of East Tennessee offered a rich contrast to the clean whites and soft golds that defined the shoot’s color palette. With its open-air charm and mountain vistas, the venue captured the spirit of a destination wedding without ever leaving home.
The Design
This shoot was a celebration of softness and strength—two qualities that define both Grecian aesthetics and modern love. The dreamy rentals provided by Pop Events Co. helped bring that vision to life with their neutral-toned furniture, elegant tabletop details, and perfectly curated accents that elevated the overall aesthetic.
The tablescape featured muted neutrals, stone-textured chargers, and gold flatware, while hand-lettered place cards and airy florals added that romantic touch. The lush florals by Maycee Mae Flowers added depth, movement, and an organic elegance that tied everything together—wispy greens, delicate blooms, and textures that danced in the breeze.
The Bride & Styling
The bridal look was nothing short of goddess-worthy. The stunning gown from White Lace & Promises featured draping chiffon, a low back, and subtle, timeless detailing that felt effortlessly Grecian. Hair and makeup by Beauty by Bethanie completed the look with soft, romantic waves and a natural glow that enhanced our model’s features without overpowering them.
